Senior Electronics Designer

Interact with work customers within the Technical Department and outside the Technical Department.
Allocate work between the specialists of the group, keep records of labor costs, control the implementation, accept the result,
Manage the design and implementation of electronics in the Company's products by international standards and internal technologies and standards,
Develop new technical solutions and optimize current ones for the benefit of the Company,
Model technical solutions in specialized programs, develop and test prototypes of electronics blocks, and implement in series with positive results. Conduct tests of the group's technical solutions in the Company's products,
Support the production of electronics blocks and the Company's products,
Develop technical and operational documentation to the requirements of external and internal customers and Company standards.

Strong skills to work in a manufacturing environment with dynamically changing priorities;
3+ years of experience managing a team of electronics engineers as a team leader
Higher technical education: electronics, automation, or similar;
At least 5 years of experience in the development of circuit diagrams and printed circuit boards,
Practical knowledge of Altium Designer;
Practical knowledge of Multisim and/or analogs (PSpice, Proteus, PSIM),
Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics;
Knowledge of English (B1-B2), and Polish (B1-B2).
